COVID Policy

We will ensure that all the necessary precautions are in place to enable patients to be seen safely. Your Physiotherapist will wear a mask and appropriate PPE at all times.  All patients are required to wear wear masks during the assessment and treatment. Please advise in advance of your appointment if this causes you an issue.

You have our every assurance that your safety is our number one concern. We always conduct a thorough clean of the treatment room, clinical equipment and public areas before each patient is seen.

If you experience any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend your appointment and reschedule for a more convenient time. 

COVID symptoms include a new and continuous cough, an increase in temperature, loss or change to your sense of smell/taste, or sore throat. If you have these or any other illness symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with known or suspected  COVID-19 symptoms  - please do get in touch before your appointment.

If you are in the clinically vulnerable group of patients- please discuss this with your Physiotherapist prior to your appointment - we will advise you as to what to do for your safety. Contact us today!
