If you are in possession of any GP, or consultant letters, or reports from eg X-rays, MRIs - please bring them along. This will enable us to work effectively with your other practitioners. and care givers.

Rachael Braithwaite-Davies
Rachael Braithwaite-Davies Grad Dip Phys MCSP
Rachael is highly experienced senior Physiotherapist with a wide variety of expertise, with experience in Children's and Adult MSK, adult neurology, the treatment of long term conditions and community rehabilitation.
She always strives to give the very best, using effective and appropriate assessment and treatment to enable excellent treatment outcomes. Her assessment and treatment skills use the wide breath and wealth of expertise from the whole of her career. She has a particular interest in enabling positive and optimal progression with long standing conditions which may be more complex in nature, and pain problems and has a naturally warm and empathetic approach.
Rachael has worked in large Teaching Hospitals, District Hospitals, within the community and also in private practise.
